From One Talk to a Lasting Impact
From One Talk to a Lasting Impact
Last September, I had the privilege of speaking at Norwich Cathedral on Women in Business—an event that continues to shape new chapters in unexpected and powerful ways.
Following the talk, I was invited by Alison Sefton, Headmistress of Norwich High School for Girls, and Hazel Packer, Head of Sixth Form, to meet with their students—and offer mentorship.
Since then, I’ve had the joy of connecting with three brilliant new mentees—each full of potential, ideas, and drive. The future is bright—and very much female.
As I learned more about the school and explored its history and ethos, I was struck by a big thought:
What if we could open this experience to more girls with talent, curiosity and vision—who might not otherwise have access?
That’s why I’m supporting a new bursary initiative to raise funds for five fully funded places for extraordinary young women to join the school.
On May 16th, I’ll return as keynote speaker at Norwich High School’s 150th anniversary celebration, speaking on the future of women shaping our world.
It feels like a full-circle moment—but more than that, it’s a starting line for so much more.
More voices.
More opportunity.
More futures made possible.
As part of their 150th anniversary, Norwich High School for Girls is fundraising for five transformational bursaries to support the next generation of brilliant young women.
